Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
- Cards - gift cards - Products
downloadable software - Some health and personal care items.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refund (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is sent.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email us at

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
